Shipping policy

Orders are shipped out usually within  3 - 6 business days.

Standard Shipping is per Australia Post and may change at anytime based upon weight and price increases. 

Most parcels with Australia Post are arriving on time, but delays may be experienced at certain busy times of the year.

International shipping is available to NZ, United States and the United Kingdom. 

Melt With Me is not liable for incorrect information given when shipping information is asked at check out point. If the shipping address provided is incorrect we are not required to refund you, you the customer are responsible to make sure all shipping information is accurate before finalising your order.

All undelivered/unclaimed parcels that are returned back to us will be shipped back at the customer's own expense.

Melt With Me is not liable if your parcel is stolen because of a request for a safe drop or a delivery instruction is written to leave your parcel unattended.

POSTAGE

Due to postage, the product may arrive not in perfect condition, and may be broken due to its fragile condition (especially in super hot weather) this will not affect the quality of the product. Every product is handmade, so design and colour may vary, but it will always be of top quality. There will also be frosting in the colour as its natural soy and these are known for frosting. Once again this will not affect the quality/fragrance.
