Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products Melt With Me does not accept any returns on any products for change of mind. 

If there is an issue with your product please email us at infomeltwithme@gmail.com with a photo of the product and reason for your concerns within 14 days of your order date.

If the issue with your product is reasonable we may offer you a STORE CREDIT only for your amount spent on that product but this is not guaranteed.

Melt With Me are not responsible for lost parcels and we recommend obtaining a tracking number for all return parcels as proof of shipment. We don’t guarantee that we will receive your returned item.


Refund Policy

No refunds will be issued for change of mind. If you have a faulty product, please email infomeltwithme@gmail.com within 14 days. The product will be assessed. A refund will not be given for inappropriate use, eg: incorrect burn times. If approved a store credit will be issued. Postage is not included with the store credit. Melt With Me has the right to charge a handling fee of $9.95 in the case that items need to be returned for retesting.
